One of the hottest new workouts worldwide.  It's energizing, powerful, uplifting and a fun, effective way to burn calories and tone your muscles.  The water's resistance cushions and slows the explosive aerobics kicks and punches.  This not only helps prevent injuries, but the added resistance strengthens and tones the muscles for an extremely intense workout.

The warmth and buoyancy of the water can decrease pain and stiffness and help maintain or improve joint flexibility, increase energy, and promote mobility. An elevator to the pool level is available and the class is held in our zero-depth entry, 88 degree Rec Pool.

Deep Water Fitness:

This water workout offers participants an opportunity to turn up the intensity of their workout using the deep water in our lap pool.  This class is designed for those participants that want to take their water workout to the next level.  Belts will be used.

Splash Aerobics:
A fast moving class that combines deep and shallow water fitness for a vigorous workout. Great music, cardiovascular and never-ending movements provide a workout that will make you sweat in the water.
