Basic Water Adjustment
This class is for adults who are uncomfortable or afraid around water. Swimmers will learn and perform water acclimation exercises and learn the basics of floating, paddling and breathing. The goal is acclimation to water in a safe environment.
This is a swimming class focused on stroke development of basic swim strokes like front and back crawl, as well as introduction to more advanced strokes like breaststroke and sidestroke. Class learns and develops basics of breathing, kicking techniques and water safety.
