A tradition at YMCA Camp Pepin since 1935, resident camps are the core of our summer program. Although the world has greatly changed since YMCA Camp Pepin first began operating, it's nice to know that today's youth can still enjoy some of the same things about summer camp that their grandparents enjoyed many years ago.
Summer Sampler Camp
Entering grades 1-4
Session Dates: July 4 - July 7
Camp Pepin’s Summer Sampler is the perfect way to introduce your young one to the wonderful experience of an overnight summer camp. Campers can try many of Camp’s activities, learn the traditions of Camp Pepin, and make new friends in this shorter session, designed to serve as an introduction to the Camp Pepin family.

Traditional Resident Camp
Entering grades 3-10
For over 85 years, Camp Pepin has welcomed campers from around the country to experience everything it has to offer. With a large waterfront, target range, multiple high-ropes elements, and unique classes, campers are guaranteed opportunities to try new skills and challenge themselves in new ways. Small, tight-knit cabin groups allow campers to develop friendships that can last long past their time at camp.

NEW: Two-Week Camp
Entering grades 7-10
Session Dates: July 23 - August 4
Twice the camp is twice the fun! For campers who can’t get enough of Camp Pepin, we are now offering a two-week session. Each week will run just like a regular week of resident camp, but two-week campers will be able to pick a new set of classes and activities for their second week. Over the weekend, they will participate in an off-site campout to have a genuine outdoor experience. Two-week campers will be able to participate in and experience more activities, build stronger friendships, and create long-lasting memories during their time here at Camp Pepin.
